Simple updates are usually complete within a few minutes, longer updates within the same day or scheduled in with you if they may affect functionality.

For those bigger or single updates.

Our hourly rate support is ideal for maintenance updates or those bits you’re not too sure about.

We charge by the minute, so if an update takes 30 minutes, that’s all you pay for. We’ll confirm how long we expect an update to take before we start too.

Annual Website MOT

Keeping your website healthy and secure.

Our annual maintenance package applies the latest WordPress and plugin updates to your site, ensuring it stays secure.

We start with a general health check and report back with a list of updates to be applied.  With your agreement we take a full backup of your site – work through the updates, then finish with a test and review to ensure everything is in order.
